Sand Casting

Perfect for oversized parts and intricate internal shapes. Our sand casting expertise allows for quick turnarounds and lower upfront costs, making it the ideal choice for custom architectural pieces and specialized industrial hardware.

Sustainable Strength

Forging a Durable & Rust-Proof Future

Aluminum is the “green metal” of the construction industry. It is 100% infinitely recyclable and naturally resists corrosion, making it the superior, low-maintenance choice for outdoor gates and structural staircases.

Frequently Asked Questions

We primarily work with A380A383, and A413. A380 is our most popular choice as it offers the best balance of mechanical properties, fluidity, and pressure tightness for structural components.

Yes. Unlike sand casting, die-cast aluminum is excellent for powder coatinganodizing (depending on the alloy), and bead blasting. Because the parts have a lower surface roughness, they require significantly less polishing.

To avoid porosity and shrinkage, we recommend a wall thickness between 1.5mm and 4.5mm. However, our engineering team can design ribs and bosses to maintain structural integrity while keeping sections thin.
